On the results of the selection process investors, which received favorable decision of the Administration Board for allocation on the territory of»Navoi” FIEZ, address the Directorate of “Navoi” FIEZ  for concordance and signing an agreement on investment.

An agreement on investment is concluded between the Directorate of»Navoi” FIEZ and investor/investors (requirements to the contents of agreement on investment).

To prepare the agreement on investment, the investor submits the following documents to the Directorate of “Navoi” FIEZ:

• the draft of the agreement on investment;

• the copy of favorable decision of the Administration Board for allocation on the territory of “Navoi” FIEZ;

• the copy of the business plan of the project.

It is prohibited to require of additional documents from investor.  

The draft of an agreement on investment and other materials are considered by the Directorate of “Navoi” FIEZ during 10 working days.
The Directorate of “Navoi” FIEZ may inquire conclusions of authorized government agencies on separate articles of agreement on investment, if necessary. At the same time, total period of consideration must not exceed fixed period.

In case of need, negotiations can be hold for the purpose of concordance of articles of investment agreement between the Directorate of “Navoi” FIEZ and the investor/investors.

An agreement on investment is concluded for the period defined by the agreement on investment and not exceeding the functioning period of “Navoi” FIEZ.
