During 10 working days from the moment of signing of investment agreement, investor, in the cases stipulated by legislation, submits to registering agency documents necessary for government registration of economic entity created by them.

State registration of economic entities created by investors for allocation on the territory of FIEZ “Navoi” is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the registration of legal entities.

Preparation of necessary documents for government registration is carried on at the investor’s option:

• by the investor himself

• on a contractual basis – by the Directorate of FIEZ “Navoi” or other persons.

The following documents must be submitted by the investor to the Directorate of FIEZ “Navoi” after the government registration:

• application for being included to the register of  participants of FIEZ “Navoi”;

• notarized copy of certificate of government registration of legal entity;

• documents that certify payments for the registration as participant of FIEZ “Navoi” at the rate determined by the Administration Board.

The Directorate of FIEZ “Navoi” based on submitted documents includes the investor to the register of participants of “Navoi” FIEZ and during 2 working days gives Certificate of participant of FIEZ “Navoi”.

The document that certifies the registration of economic entities as participant of FIEZ “Navoi” is Certificate of participant of FIEZ “Navoi” given by the Directorate of FIEZ “Navoi”.

Deprivation of status of participant of FIEZ “Navoi” can only be made through legal process in accordance with the application of the Directorate of FIEZ “Navoi” in case of violation legislation and investment agreement by the participant of FIEZ “Navoi” and incurs termination of investment agreement.
